background-color: yellow;\">Decisiveness and<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; background-color: yellow;\">energy<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; background-color: yellow;\">must take the place of the<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; background-color: yellow;\">inertia and<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; background-color: yellow;\">strengthens their spirit.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">When the wind <span style=\"background-color: yellow;\">blows low<\/span> on the mountain,<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">it is <span style=\"background-color: yellow;\">thrown back and spoils<\/span> the vegetation.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">This contains a <span style=\"background-color: yellow;\">challenge<\/span> to improvement.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; background-color: yellow;\">To do away with this corruption,<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\"><span style=\"background-color: yellow;\">the superior man must regenerate society.<\/span><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">His methods likewise must be <span style=\"background-color: yellow;\">derived from<\/span> the two trigrams,<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;\">but in such a way that their <span style=\"background-color: yellow;\">effects unfold<\/span> in orderly sequence.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; background-color: yellow;\">The superior man<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; background-color: yellow;\">must first remove stagnation by stirring up public opinion,<br \/>\n<\/span><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; background-color: yellow;\">as the wind stirs everything, and<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: Verdana; background-color: yellow;\">must then strengthen and tranquilize the character of the people,<br \/>\n<\/span><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana;
